Welcome to our Quilt Show
Having professionally certified judges at our show brings it to a distinct level. Getting a beautiful ribbon for your work is really an exhilarating moment for a quilter. There are several special awards from sponsors outside the guild. The winners are chosen by three categories of people: our two certified judges by the National Association of Certified Quilt Judges (NACQJ), a committee of representatives chosen by a sponsor, and the quilt show attendees.
Click on this LINK for information about 2026 certified judge Nancy Fuka and Dawn Davis.
NOTE: The forms and instructions are posted for information only because currently the links to other documents and instructions don’t work properly.
Please check back after April 1 for updated documents.

Photo Requirements
Entrants will need to upload a color photo of their quilt when doing the online entry. Your color photo is used for identification purposes only so it does not need to be a professional quality photo. Click on the link below for a short video to help entrants format their quilt photos in a smaller file size and save as a JPG file before uploading with the entry form.
Click on the link below for a second video which is geared toward those who would like to learn how to take a more professional quilt photo and is only offered as a gift to you from the guild.
Please do not attempt to complete these forms using a cellphone or tablet.
Upon successful entry submission, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a copy of your entry. Please save for your records.
