This agreement is entered into on the date indicted below between the Boise Basin Quilters Guild and (Consignor). In consideration of the acceptance of items of the Consignor for sale by the Guild at the 2026 Guild Quilt show, the Guild and the Consignor agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. For the period of the Boise Basin Quilt Guild 2026 quilt show, Consignor agrees to have the Guild sell the items set forth on the inventory sheet attached to this Agreement and incorporated by reference. 2. Consignor who is a BBQ member agrees to pay the Guild $15 on or before August 25, 2026, for the Guild to sell the consignor’s items. Guest guild member agrees to pay $25. Non-member agrees to pay $35. An additional 12% shall be held back from proceeds paid to the consignor on sales over $100.00; 15% shall be held for those consignors who do not work one 3-hour shift in the gift shop. (The extra 3% additional percentage may be waived for consignors who work elsewhere at the show, provided arrangements are made with the Gift Garden Manager in advance.) 3. The Consignor is responsible for providing insurance for his/her items (if they choose). The Guild will not provide insurance for Gift Garden items. 4. The Guild assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to items consigned for sale. 5. Consignor, his/her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns do hereby release and hold harmless the Guild, its officers, members, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, costs, charges and expenses including without limitation, any costs and attorney fees, incident to theft of damage to any items and property consigned for sale.
