January 2020 ~ Eileen Wardle & Jackie Fuller “Border Basics, Sashing, Settings, Mitered Corners”

Instructor: Eileen Wardle and Jackie Fuller
Date: Saturday, January 18
Time: 9:30am – 3:00pm
Location: Boise Rigging Supply, 6750 West Victory Road, Boise
Cost: $15

The topics discussed will be Border Basics, Settings make a difference, Sashing made easy, and Mitered Corners and other corner options.

You will get to practice these things by making a completed quilt top 33″ x 33″. This quilt would make an excellent baby quilt so if you would like to try some new skills or brush up on some others or just make a baby quilt to give to a grandchild or charity then you need to sign up for this class. What a fun way to make a simple quilt and get it done in one day.

Quilts for Kids will have kits made up to use for this class, if desired. There will be no charge as the completed top will be sent back to the Quilt for Kids.

Workshop is planned with lots of interaction in class, time to stitch, time for questions and time to practice techniques that may be new to you or you just a refresher.

Bring your own lunch or order a sandwich from Idaho Pizza for $9. (cash only, no cards or checks)

If you have questions or would like to sign-up for class please contact: Eileen Wardle 208-867-7665
