The Artist in You Date: Thursday, March 18, 2010 Time: 9:00:00 AM Location: Boise Church of Christ Teacher: Sue Olsen Description March 18 & 19 Class Fee: $80.00 The focus of this class is teaching quilters these design steps, so they can use them to create quilts that are one-of-a-kind in every aspect. In this class, you will create a piece of fabric art in the form of a unique wall hanging. Class members can choose their own subject from a 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 image such as a photo or drawing to be enlarged before the class to about 16 x 24 or 19 x 28. Patterns are also available for purchase at $15.00 for class members. There are approx 250 patterns available and they can be viewed at www.doggonequilts.com. If you choose a pattern, some preparation work needs to be done by Sue so she needs to know by February 20 which pattern you intend to make.
